PARKING
There are parking spots in front, on the side, and in the rear of the building and guests are required to have parking passes displayed at all times. The passes must be returned before check-out. There is a $50 fee if the pass is not returned to the drawer before departure.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Sip your morning coffee on the private patio or soak up the sun in the lush backyard garden. The outdoor space is a tranquil retreat where you can savor the sea breeze and relish in the beauty of your natural surroundings.

• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Please report any damages that occur during stay
• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply.
• If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
