Onsite property caretaker living in back unit and uses shared driveway. Property will be completely private for guests only after February 1, 2025.

Pets allowed on request ONLY for an extra charge of USD 100 per pet, per week. The maximum number of pets ONE. Wildlife and tenant on the property and pets must be attended by owners at all times. Pets can't be left at the property unattended at any time.

Security Camera Disclosure: In order to protect the property, there is a security camera outside in the back area overlooking the parking.

This property offers convenient accessible parking and a well-designed wheelchair ramp for ease of entry. Please note, however, that while the property is wheelchair-friendly, the bathroom features a traditional shower with a lip and does not include a roll-in shower.
