MAXIMUM CARS:

• Maximum number of cars allowed is 6.
• Car passes are $20 per car.
• Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times.
• Speed limit is 25 miles per hour.
• No street parking from 11 PM to 7 AM.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

• Sports Membership gives access to 2 community pools, Beach Club dining, tennis, and golf course.
• Temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee.
