MAXIMUM CARS:

• The maximum number of vehicles allowed for this property is 4.
• The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

• A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day fee.
• These costs do not cover individual amenity fees.
