• For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests.
• Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year round climate.
• DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners.
• Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

• This home has a Tennis Membership.
• In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership.
• This will give you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining.
• A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee.
• These costs do not cover individual amenity fees.

MAXIMUM VEHICLES:

• The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5.
• The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

SAFETY AND SECURITY:

• South Carolina law provides vacation rental guests with a reasonable expectation of privacy.
• To protect this, security cameras are prohibited inside the home or in private outdoor areas such as pools and hot tubs.
• Exterior cameras are permitted only for security purposes and may monitor the front yard, backyard (excluding pools/hot tubs), or garage.
• A common example is a doorbell camera.
• This property has a security camera located at the front door.
