• DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners.
• Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.

BEACH GEAR INCLUDED:

• Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer beach gear rentals to our guests!
• Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay!
• The credit amount for this property is $50 a day.
• You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts and more - the choice is yours!

MAXIMUM CARS:

• The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6.
• The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

RESTRICTED VEHICLES:

• RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

• This property has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 pools at the Beach Club dining tennis and golf.
• A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day fee.
• These costs do not cover individual amenity fees.

SAFETY AND SECURITY:

• Carolina law provides vacation rental guests with a reasonable expectation of privacy.
• To protect this, security cameras are prohibited inside the home or in private outdoor areas such as pools and hot tubs.
• Exterior cameras are permitted only for security purposes and may monitor the front yard, backyard (excluding pools/hot tubs), or garage.
• A common example is a doorbell camera.
• This property has a security camera located at the front door.
