Townhome #182 is RIGHT on the water, featuring all one could want in their Vacation Rental. It has two bedrooms & two bathrooms and is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests with a Queen bed in the ocean-facing bedroom and Queen Sized Bed in the garden bedroom (Murphy Bed!). Pull out Sofa can sleep up to 2 little ones, or 1 regular sized person. Enjoy a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the upstairs bath has a tub shower combination. The unit also comes with AC throughout!

  • The Lanai..you can't get any closer to the waters edge! Enjoy outdoor dining at this beautiful unit. A dedicated parking space is just steps away. We also manage #183 right next door if you want side by side units!!

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with all one could yearn for. Enjoy washer and dryer access as well!

  • The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, newly remodeled swimming pool is ideal for "laps" and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

  • One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

  • The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.
