The Space:
Surfside II #109 is a nicely updated condo on the ground floor facing Gulf Blvd, just 50 yards from the beach. No stairs are needed, and there are 2 off-street parking spaces. Save money by not staying directly on the beach but oh-so-close!
Your cozy accommodation encourages relaxation with a soothing pastel palette, comfortable beds for up to 6 guests, and a kitchen with modern appliances fully stocked with essentials for meal preparation. Towels and linens are provided.
The bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a pull-out couch in the living room. An airbed is provided as well, but please bring bedding if you plan on using the airbed or pull out couch. There are 2 full bathrooms making getting ready easier.
Your walk to the beach can't be easier as this condo directly faces Gulf Blvd, & features an outdoor shower that makes it easy to wash away sandy feet upon your return.
A lovely tropical courtyard with a seasonally heated sparkling pool, heated hot tub, & picnic area invites you to enjoy the warm outdoors. Grassy areas are perfect for outdoor games, and the spacious pool deck offers plenty of room for lounging.
You'll want to explore nearby shops, popular restaurants, and local attractions. Surfside II is located conveniently near many Island favorites. Your relaxing Island getaway begins at Surfside II.
A maximum of 6 guests, including infants, is allowed. A golf cart is considered a vehicle, and there is no guest parking at this property. This property requires condo access wristbands year-round, with a per person fee for the bands in March of $25 plus 17% tax.

We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify. For those who need to work, the counter is suitable with high-speed WiFi (though sometimes spotty on the Island from Spectrum) it usually is fine.
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, soaps, and dishwasher pods (though not replenished nor unlimited). For stays over 3 nights, we offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.

The property and listing require a few things after booking but namely iknow this - The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older and be present at check-in. Contact us prior to booking if you are under 25 for an exception and additional damage deposit fees do apply if granted. We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. Sign via Docusign prior to arrival to receive the door code. Provide your email address and photo ID to verify age.
