Important Note About the Property Setup: Please be aware that there are long-term tenants living in the downstairs apartment. This short term rental unit and the downstairs unit share the same main building entrance, which leads to separate, private entry doors. The downstairs tenants do not have access to this short term rental unit unit. The only shared areas are the building entryway and the courtyard.
Additionally, please note that on Mondays and Tuesdays only, the owner of the property is on-site. There is a staircase at the front of the unit (facing the street) that is blocked by a curtain—this leads our cleaners cleaning supplies and a private office used by the owner. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the owner accesses this space to conduct music lessons in his downstairs office. These lessons are contained to his space and do not impact your access or use of the Airbnb unit.
If you are sensitive to sound or prefer complete privacy on all days, we recommend not booking on a Monday or Tuesday. We share this information in advance to provide full transparency and help set clear expectations for your stay. All other days of the week are completely private.
Other Details to Note:
Due to fire safety regulations, one upstairs bedroom does not have a door closing it off from the common area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. **The steps leading up to the third floor are very steep and may not be suitable for the elderly.
Kindly be advised that there are no washer and dryer facilities available for guest use on the premises at this time. For long-term reservations, specifically stays of one week or longer, guests are welcome to request access to the washer and dryer facilities.
