• Inside, you'll find a welcoming open floor plan with a common area featuring a sitting area, living room, dining space, and kitchen, perfect for gathering and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, a dedicated pantry, and a convenient kitchen island with a built-in microwave and seating. A large laundry closet attached to the kitchen adds to the convenience.

• The southeast master suite offers a king bed, closet, TV, and luxurious private bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. The northeast queen bedroom features a dedicated TV and closet and is conveniently located next to the common bathroom. The southwest bunk suite includes a king bed over two twin beds with a ladder and shelving, a dedicated TV, a closet, and a full bathroom with a shower stall.

• Outside, Las Brisas boasts a back patio with a sitting area and dining space, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The backyard features a concrete pad with additional seating, offering natural privacy for your enjoyment.

• As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
