Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for families and small groups looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

• The home features central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans for year-round comfort.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and air fryer. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

• For entertainment, guests can enjoy ping pong, books, and a gas BBQ (propane not included).

• The main marina is a seasonal water taxi stop, allowing guests to travel to all the beaches for a small fare during the summer months.

• No pets or animals are allowed.

• Sleeps up to 8 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8, including children and infants.

• Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
• Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
• A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.
