• Casa Nova is a 3 bedroom home on the sandy bay beach of Dauphin Island's northern side. It is also a short walk to the Gulf beach, giving you the best of both worlds.

• Enjoy your own sandy beach with minimal waves, perfect for families with young swimmers, and great for kayaking, paddle-boarding, etc.

• You are also just a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico beach, ideal for surfing, surf-fishing, or beach-combing.

• The 3 bedroom home features open decks for sunning and a covered porch for expanded living space.

• Casa Nova is comfortably furnished and finished with a modern aesthetic throughout.

• There is plenty of room for all and a large kitchen with everything you need.

• Amenities include all linens and towels, WIFI, and a fully-outfitted kitchen.

• A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags will be provided, but please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;).

Please note the following:

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
