And if you so desire a high-speed boat can whisk you to Key West in just under four hours from its Fort Myers Beach home, offering daily round-trips. This property has a shared heated swimming pool with an above-ground spa and a paved deck with fencing, tropical plants and deck chairs. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass top range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There is a peninsular bar with four bar stools on the living room side. Adjacent to the kitchen behind louvered doors is a stacked washer and dryer. The dining area has a table seating four, which flows into the living area furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, end tables and lamps, a coffee table, and a recliner. There is also a credenza with a flat-screen TV.

• The bedroom has a king-size bed with nightstands, a 5-drawer chest with a flat-screen TV, a triple dresser with mirror and lamp and ample closet space. The adjacent bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a wall mirror, commode, and nicely tiled combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors.
