Upon entry to this property, you have an open living area, with your kitchen, bar area, dining table, and open living room. Enjoy the lanai that is off the living area and fresh air. There is a lovely fireplace and television in the living area.

The bedrooms are located upstairs which can be great for those looking to have privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom is located in the hallway for guest convenience. The primary ensuite hosts a queen bed with mountain views and a bathroom with a large tiled shower. Enjoy the new upgraded bathroom.

Temperature: Waikoloa Village is located at roughly 1,000' elevation and experiences a year-round sea breeze. As a result, many homes in this community, including ours, were not built with an HVAC system. Fans are provided for guest use, but please check the weather before booking if this is a concern. TVs are provided if you want to bring your devices, but we do not have any streaming services.
