Entry is via elevator to the fourth floor and into the entry foyer and open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of quartz counter space, along with stainless-steel appliances.

The adjacent dining area flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, end tables, lamps, and a coffee table. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and four chairs. The view from this fourth-floor vantage point is expansive and includes the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds, nightstands and lamps, an entertainment armoire with a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space.
