Resort Amenities:
*This resort requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years of age.
*Registered guests must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
*3 Bedrooms are allowed 2 parking passes per stay, must pay the $115 registration fee for property wristbands and parking permits to the resort.
*All amenities and activities are subject to seasonal operation.
*NOTE: This parking garage has a clearance of 6'7" and does not have parking to accommodate other than limited parking on the 1st floor. This limited parking is first come, first served and not guaranteed; therefore, it is recommended that that you do not travel with large trucks and/or vans. There is an overflow parking lot within a mile from the resort and again, not guaranteed.
This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
