Kitchen and Dining

  • The sunny, fully-equipped kitchen is rich with style with the large apron-front sink in the center of it all. Brushed gold fixtures adorn the gray cabinetry and paneled refrigerator. French doors open to the back deck when you want to step outside or let in a cool ocean breeze.
  • Inside, a large farmhouse-style dining table is a wonderful place to gather for meals, games and conversations.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

  • Bedroom #1 has a California king bed and an en suite bathroom with custom tile surrounding a shower-over-tub.

  • Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a full/double bed. The twin bed is set into a full-wall built-in with shelves filled with books. On the opposite wall, the second twin is the full/double bed.

  • The hallway bathroom is adorned with smooth white subway tiled walls, and a step-in shower with mosaic floor tile, a frameless glass panel and brass fixtures.

  • Both bathrooms are bathed in natural light from windows.

  • An additional sleeping possibility is located in the detached bonus room which is furnished with a king sofa bed option. A half-bath is also located in this building.

  • Inside the fenced yard is a private deck with seating and a handy outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sandy feet. A BBQ grill is on hand for cookouts.

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

  • Parking is easily found on the street in front of the house or 1/2 block away on side streets.
