• Casa Verde is new to our inventory, but is an established high-end vacation rental.

• If you are looking for tranquility, beautiful views, and a great place to stay where you have everything you need to relax and entertain, look no further! This private single-story home has a fantastic backyard with a private heated pool & spa, pickleball, basketball, putting green, ping pong, corn-hole, multiple fire-pits (wood not provided), and BBQ.

• Casa Verde offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths nestled in the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and is only about 15 minutes away from shopping and dining in Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills. This area is known for having lots of outdoor activities nearby, such as mountain biking, hiking trails, golf courses, and wonderful scenic views.

• The property is close to world-class golf courses including Troon, Troon North, Grayhawk, Whisper Rock Golf Club, Terravita Golf and Country Club, TPC of Scottsdale, Boulders, Scottsdale National Golf Club, Tonto Verde, Rio Verde Country Club, Desert Mountain Golf Course, and Trilogy. Basketballs, bean-bags, pickle equipment, putters, and golf balls are provided.

• The kitchen is great for preparing meals during your stay. Enjoy the spacious kitchen with lots of counter space, fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and a traditional coffee maker. There is an eat-in kitchen table that overlooks the backyard views with seating for 5, plus 4 barstools at the counter.

• **Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa if you wish to heat it. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

• One Dog OK with $100 pet cleaning fee. Make sure to add the pet when booking and provide breed and size in the reservation notes. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning, or picking up your dog's poop.

• All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Electronic Check at no additional costs.

• 50% of total due upon reservation confirmation

• 50% of total due 30 days from arrival

• If booking within 30 days of arrival, 100% due upon booking

• Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.

• For the safety of our home and guests, the front door has a ring doorbell and a camera in the rear that is used when the alarm is set and unoccupied. It is not monitored.
