• Appliances are all stainless steel and include a double-door refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner glass top range with self-cleaning oven, and built-in above-range microwave.

• The kitchen has a peninsular bar with a stainless-steel sink with disposal, cabinets on the kitchen side, and four high-boy bar chairs on the living area side.

• There is also a table seating four in the kitchen, with an adjacent dining room also with a table seating four.

• The kitchen flows into the adjacent living area furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, end tables, lamps, a coffee table, and two upholstered swivel chairs on an area rug.

• Opposite the seating area is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

• The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands, and wall-mounted lamps on an area rug, a double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and ample closet space.

• The en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a combination deep soaking tub/shower and rain shower head, and a separate commode room.

• The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, a 5-drawer chest, a corner rattan chair, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
