• Walking in through the front door, you will find the living room with comfortable reclining sofas, waiting for you to put your feet up and relax.
• The flat screen TV above the fireplace is great for streaming your favorite shows - log in to your favorite streaming account and enjoy!
• The gas log fireplace is the perfect way to cozy up on a chilly evening and enjoy a hot beverage while watching a movie.
• A well equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals if you choose to do so, as well as two coffee makers - one K cup and one regular drip coffee maker with a built-in coffee grinder.
• Spacious dining room is centrally located between the kitchen and living room, making this open floor plan the perfect space to gather with loved ones.
• Primary bedroom with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom is conveniently located off the living space.

1. Guests must pay a damage waiver ($59), which is included in your total. This will protect you from any potential accidental damages at the home for up to $1500. Any non-accidental damages or damages that exceed $1500 will be the responsibility of the guest.
2. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.
3. This home allows up to 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats or other household pets are allowed! Please select the pet option when booking. A pet fee of $100 plus tax will apply to your total.
4. Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement at the time of booking.
