This charming historic brick home is located minutes to Downtown Hendersonville - take a walk or a short drive to all of the local shops, restaurants, and attractions that you've heard about. Hendersonville is the home to many festivals and events throughout the year and is a great place to visit!

The Fassifern House is a three bedroom, two bath home built in the early 20th century with a large fenced in yard, making it a great space for a relaxing vacation. Whether you are looking for a couple's getaway or a family vacation, Fassifern House awaits you and your loved ones.

The charming front porch with a swing bench is a great space to soak up the beautiful weather while enjoying a beverage. The enclosed porch at the front of the home is located off the second bedroom and is a great space to read a book or enjoy a beverage if the weather is not at its best. The living and dining rooms are open to one another and are a great space to hang out with loved ones. The cozy kitchen is well-equipped if you choose to prepare meals at the home.

The primary en-suite offers a King size bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Two more bedrooms are located near the living room at the front of the home - one with a queen bed and another with two twin size beds. A hall bath with a shower/tub combo is easily accessible from both bedrooms. When you return from a busy day sightseeing and enjoying the Hendersonville area you can enjoy the large fenced in yard which is great for outdoor activities with the family! Have a picnic at the picnic table and enjoy making s'mores and sharing stories around the fire pit. On street parking is available. We look forward to hosting you at the Fassifern House!

• Guests at this home will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement.
• Check-in time at this home is at or after 4pm (local time).
• Check-out time at this home is at or before 10 am (local time).
• This is a Pet-Friendly home - up to two dogs are allowed (weight and breed restrictions may apply - please inquire prior to booking). Sorry, no cats, birds, other household pets or exotic animals are allowed. The pet fee is $100 plus tax.
• In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
  • $59 Accidental Damage Waiver which covers up to $1500 in accidental damage during a guest stay. Any damage in excess of $1500 will be the guest's responsibility. Negligent or purposeful damage will be the responsibility of the guests and is not covered by accidental damage Insurance.
