Parking

• Street parking is not permitted; ensure vehicles do not obstruct sidewalks to avoid towing

Self-Catering

• This home is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided to get you started, but guests should stop by a nearby supermarket for additional supplies as needed

Pool Heat (Optional)

• Cost: $40 per day (minimum of 2 consecutive days)
• Temperature will not exceed 95°F and must be requested 48 hours in advance
• The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and shares the same temperature as the pool

BBQ Rental (Optional)

• Cost: $80 for the duration of your stay (includes cleaning and propane refill)

Housekeeping

• The home is thoroughly cleaned before check-in, with clean sheets and towels available
• Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee

Pet Policy

• One dog under 25 lbs is allowed for stays of 3 nights or longer, with prior authorization
• A pet fee applies, covering a deep cleaning performed after each stay with a pet
