Welcome to South Seas Bayside Villa 5226. Step into this tranquil, beautiful one-bedroom two two-bathroom condo to find the perfect island getaway. Walk into the unit and enjoy the open floor plan that boosts beautiful views of the Pine Island sound. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Stay in after a long day at the beach and create something special or reheat dinner from one of the Island's best restaurants. The living room is bright and beautiful and offers comfortable relaxation while enjoying the large flat-screen TV which includes wifi and cable services to keep up with all of your favorite shows. Open the sliders to let the tropical breeze in while you enjoy your morning coffee and or dinner at the dining table with seating for four total. Or choose to enjoy those things outside on the waterfront lanai where you can relax and enjoy the calming waters and view the abundance of wildlife. The master bedroom ensuite features a large comfortable king bed and a smart TV capable of streaming all of your favorite TV shows. You will find the laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and a clothes dryer.

Since this is a privately managed townhome you do not have access to the South Seas Resort amenities, but you do have access to a large, heated pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor grills. The beach is just a short walk away from the Bayside Villas. Only electric golf carts are allowed in South Seas.
