Come stay on one of the most popular beaches in Hawaii! Mana Kai Resort is situated on Keawakapu beach and faces South, perfectly blocking the North winds and creating an ideal grassy space below to enjoy the afternoon sun. Morning strolls on this serene stretch of beach will take you all the way to the Andaz Resort where you can pop up and continue on the Wailea Walking Path, along the ocean and end at Fairmont Kealani Resort. #303 is ocean facing and at the West end of the building, closest to the water. Sunsets are magical from your own lanai and al fresco dining under the stars just makes the food taste better. Whale watching in Winter is so easy, you don’t even need binoculars to see them as they pass by and stop for a quick tail slap or full breech. This condo has all you will need for a fantastic visit and the owner has just replaced most furniture and décor and the bedding is new and plush and crisp white. Plans for kitchen and bathroom remodel in 2025 are in the works.

Enjoy the favorite Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that fronts many luxury homes and resorts. You can admire the sunset, be delighted by Humpback Whales in winter months, and access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddleboarding and kayaking. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach level.

Mana Kai #203 is Maui Living at its best! We could talk about the ocean and sunset views all day but you won't get it until you experience them for yourself. Situated on the popular grass area at Keawakapu Beach. Take a look out of the lanai slider door for some of the most beautiful ocean and sunset views. During whale season, relax on the lanai and view Humpback whales slapping and breaching just yards off shore. Snorkeling is just a few steps away and you can see sea turtles snacking on the seagrass in the rocks from your private lanai.

The interior of this cozy condo has been lovingly updated while keeping that beachy resort feel. Improvements include bamboo cabinets in the kitchen and hall, stone counters throughout, tiled showers with spacious vanities in both bathrooms, stainless kitchen appliances and ductless AC throughout condo.

The primary bedroom can be left as an open studio or separated from the living area via Shoji pocket doors. You'll find a plush king bed, ceiling fan and lanai access in the main bedroom along with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom also features King sized bed, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. This room also has a desk/work area, television and grand floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need for meals at home: silverware, serving utensils, pots, pans, plateware, blender for smoothies and frozen drinks, toaster and coffee maker just to name a few items.

The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, 4 propane BBQs, onsite coin/credit card operated laundry facilities on each floor, a fitness center, 808 Deli and General Store, and open-air dining and full bar at the ground floor Restaurant coming late 2025. You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.

The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area. This particular unit has installed sliding shutter doors for added privacy.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you. (Update 11/25/24)
