And with plenty of storage space for books, games, and other essentials, you'll feel right at home in this charming condo living room.

Equipped with all the modern amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a romantic dinner or a family feast. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, provide ample space to cook up a storm. While a dining table with seating for six provides the perfect spot to enjoy your culinary creations. With ample cabinet space and a pantry, you'll have plenty of room to store your favorite cookbooks, spices, and ingredients. And to make mealtime even easier, the kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. After a long day of exploring the Smoky Mountains come home to the comfort and convenience of the Sleepy Bear Condos fully-equipped kitchen. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and start dishwasher pods are provided.

  • The condo is located on the 5th floor and does have elevator access. The condo is easily accessible by vehicle or motorcycle one block off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. A Sleepy Bear's Getaway condo is located minutes away from everything in downtown Pigeon Forge. You will find a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks coffee, Kroger, and a Food City all within 2 miles of the condo. Spend the day at Pigeon Forge Snow, Lost Mine Mountain Coaster, The Pigeon Forge Mountain Mile, The Island, or Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay An Epic Golf Adventure. With a dozen more activities, live shows, and shopping options available, there will surely be something for everyone.

For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

• Special Dates:

  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

• Check-In:

  • 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
