There are numerous closeby shops and services. Sanibel Island is world-famous for its sea shells. Downtown Fort Myers has the River District, many diverse restaurants, and the winter homes of Thomas Edison, Hendry Ford, and Harvey Firestone are available for tours.

The living area has two sofas, coffee table, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors leading out to the screened-in and furnished lakefront lanai.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands, lamps, a 5-drawer chest, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the screen-enclosed lanai. The en suite bathroom has a dressing area, walk-in closet, large vanity, commode, walk-in shower, and garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand, closet space, and flat screen TV. There is also an office/den with a sleeper sofa, desk, and chair. The guest bathroom has a vanity, commode, and combination tub/shower.
