The kitchen is outfitted with all the cookware and utensils you need to cook an amazing meal and has beautiful dark wood cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances.

The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the bar, this area also has access to the screened in porch!

The refined master bedroom has a queen bed, a cozy chair, plenty of space for your belongings, and an ensuite with a jetted soaker tub and separate shower.

The guest bedroom is inviting with it's 2 double beds and serene feel. Right outside of the guest bedroom is the updated guest bath that has a stand-up shower.

The full sized washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet by the entrance door. This villa has a great screened in porch with a sofa, 2 chairs and a view of the 78Fitness tennis courts.
