  • The condo features a spacious open floor plan seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

  • The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sectional where you can all gather around a custom rock, gas fireplace and flat screen Smart TV, WiFi, or enjoy some of the games provided.

  • Or if you must get some work done, there is a home office desk set up.

  • Across from the living room is the dining area set with seating for 6 for everyone to gather over a home cooked meal.

  • The fully stocked kitchen offers all you should need to prepare family meals.

  • The unit also offers a private washer / dryer giving you all the comforts of home, and an upper and lower private balcony deck with private BBQ.

  • PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. We apologize for any inconvenience. No refunds will be provided for facilities or amenities not available.

  • Construction of the new common area will be in effect from June-October, there will be active construction activity in this area, and this may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity.

  • But remember - All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more.

  • This unit sleeps a maximum of 8.

  • Guests will be provided two parking passes for the outdoor parking.

  • To access this unit, you walk up a ramp from the parking to the front door, the entry is on one level, with two stories inside.
