The guest bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen/living area with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds, Smart TV, doors opening to a small patio overlooking the lake, and a half bath. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. Washer and dryer available. This property has room to park 4-6 vehicles in the driveway depending on size. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.

NO smoking indoors, NO parties. No street parking is available, and no parking in the alley beside the house at any time. No campers or RVs allowed. Trailers must be parked in the driveway. No portable grills or open flames. Family friendly home in a residential neighborhood – please be respectful to the neighbors. This house has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. The house is on the water and has regular pest service, but an occasional bug may be spotted. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.
