This specific unit was chosen pre-construction so as not to have any pool area directly in front of the unit, where the surrounding plantings could obscure the view. The view is superior to many of the higher-up units. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Captiva Village, where you will find dining and shopping. It's nice not to have to worry about parking at the restaurants or where your car keys are.
