• "Huckleberry Cabin" is a nature lovers dream! And if your dog loves nature bring her along too! (1 Dog permitted. Fee for 1 pet is $35/per night, plus tax.) Offering space for up to 12 guests (Sleeps 10; maximum occupancy is 12). 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a divided loft, which sleeps 6 (Please see photos prior to booking to make sure that the bed configuration works for your group). This home is the perfect space for any family or group to explore Pine Mountain Lake or take the short drive to Yosemite Park. The property offers parking for four vehicles including the garage, which is available for guest use.

• Bedroom 3: 1 Double; 1 Twin
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen; 1 XL Twin
  Maximum occupancy is 12, which includes children & infants of any age. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.

You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.

GATHERINGS:

• No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

PETS/ANIMALS:

• 1 dog allowed - $35.00 per night fee, plus county tax.
  PET POLICY IS FIRM.

LINENS:

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
• Beach towels are not provided.

OUTDOOR FIRES:

• Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

GAS BBQ:

• Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Guests may also purchase or swap out a tank at the local market or hardware store.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

• Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
• The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
• Price subject to change without notice.
• Access permits are non-refundable.
• A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

STAIRS:

• This property has interior & exterior stairways.

CHILDREN:

• Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. BOATS: The boat(s) and/or kayaks are not for guest's use. You can rent kayaks and canoes at Pine Mountain Lake Boat Rentals at the main Marina.

PARKING:

• Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

YARD:

• Property is both level and sloped.

FIREWOOD:

• Firewood is not provided for guest use.

OUTDOOR FIRES:

• Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
