The stylish dining table provides seating for 8 guests and bar stool seating at the center island for 4 guests. The first guest bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The next bedroom offers two full size beds and a private bathroom. There is a laundry room and half bathroom on this floor.

The second floor is where you will find the remaining three suite bedrooms. The first room offers two twin over twin bunk beds, a couch for relaxing and watching tv, and a private bathroom. Next is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. The final bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom.

The outdoor space of this Watercolor vacation rental home can be enjoyed year round! The private plunge pool (can be heated for $50/day) is perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach. There is a fireplace with covered seating that can be enjoyed those early fall mornings or late evenings!

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY

• MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.

• RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

• CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.

• CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
  RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
  ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
