Living Spaces

• Lofty ceilings are uplifting and floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage of sweeping ocean views. An intimate seating area surrounds the fireplace with gas insert, and a Smart TV, but the great-room feeling lives large.

Kitchen and Dining

• The immaculate kitchen is fully-equipped for the chef in your party. An attractive tiled backsplash, custom cabinetry, solid countertops and stainless steel appliances are just the start.
• A large dining table seats 6+ with additional built-in bench seating and four upholstered chairs.

Outside, the private ocean-facing patio is equipped with two lounge chairs, a bistro table with chairs for two and a hot tub.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• Quality bed and bath linens are provided.

• Upstairs, Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower with dual shower heads. This is a loft-style room that is open to the lower level living areas, taking full advantage of the floor to ceiling windows and ocean views.

• Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level:

  • Bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV and ocean view.
  • Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and its own sink/vanity area.

• Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with an innovative shower room and small separate soaking tub.

• A two-car garage is available for parking and 2-4 cars can fit in the driveway. The washer and dryer are located inside the garage.
