This 3rd Floor Middle Suite was completely renovated in 2022. It features:

• A new bathroom with a tile and glass shower.
• Brand new mattresses and all new linens.
• The suite has been painted, local artwork has been added, and the second room has been converted into a sitting room.
• A Murphy bed was installed that converts to a sofa when not in use.
• All new A/V equipment has been added.
• We have provided a small refrigerator and microwave, ice bucket, and Keurig coffee maker (complete with a complimentary starter set of k cups).

This suite overlooks one of the most popular streets in downtown Rehoboth Beach, Baltimore Avenue!

You will also have access to:

• An ice maker on the first level.
• A sand wash station.
• Beach chairs and 2 beach towels.
• Access to a laundry room (no coins or cards needed! We provide detergent, too).
• One parking space on site.
