• Parking at Calypso Resort - There is a Registration Fee of $50.00 per vehicle paid directly to the resort association which includes one parking pass. Only one car is permitted.

• Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless a family with children.

• Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

• No pets.

• No smoking.

• ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
