Beach Side Studio #3

For anyone looking for a "budget conscious" beachfront stay, we are proud to offer a beachside apartment that is clean, comfortable, and provides all the necessities. The apartment includes a Smart TV, WiFi, full kitchen, bathroom, and best of all, access to the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay!

Our cozy little studio has a combined living room and bedroom with a queen-size bed. The full bathroom features a combined bathtub and shower with a handheld showerhead. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal, including a full-size refrigerator and a gas stove. We also provide a large 55" Smart TV and high-speed WiFi for all your streaming entertainment needs. Off-street parking is conveniently located just outside your front door.

We have allowed for 3 guests in case a couple may have an infant or baby, but please note that there is only one queen-size bed for sleeping. No other arrangements would work in this studio, and it is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults.

The beach is just a short one-minute walk away, with no streets to cross. We also welcome longer-term stays in this efficiency apartment, and we are pet-friendly with a $49 fee.

However, we want to set the proper expectations for our guests regarding this unit. This studio apartment is one of 6 units in a building that was built in the 1950s and is dated in many ways. We realize that this type of unit may not be for everyone. These are older units that show their age. While they are clean, they may have some rust stains on the bathroom sinks and tubs, windows that may not open and close easily or properly, flooring that is a bit worn, cracks in the plaster on the walls and/or ceilings, and appliances that show their age. If these issues are troubling to you, then this unit may not be the right fit.

The ideal guests for these beachside studios are people who are here for the beach and do not expect modern perfection. Many of the systems and appliances are dated, but they all work as designed. However, please note that this is not a modern apartment or condo. We are proud of the units that we are "recreating" to maintain their beachside charm and architectural features from the past. We encourage you to look at the pictures, read the descriptions, and temper your expectations. We sincerely hope that there are no disappointments with our older beachside studio.

If you want to be close to the beach with a clean, comfortable bed, large smart TV, cool air conditioning (window units), WiFi, and the ability to bring your pet with you, then this cozy little studio should work perfectly for you. We also offer off-street parking and are conveniently located near a wonderful brewery/BBQ restaurant within walking distance. Fishing from the surf is excellent, and the beach is also pet-friendly.
