A fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a 6 burner gas stove allows even the most discriminating home chef an ideal cooking experience.
- A large dining area offers plenty of seating for all. with is an abundance of natural sunlight, and floor to ceiling windows that highlight the incredible views of Mount Tallac. An expansive deck which runs the length of the house allows for breathtaking Mountain views. Enjoy a BBQ dinner, relax with a glass of wine or just enjoy the fresh air and the great outdoors. The deck has several tables, chairs, a patio swing with a natural gas BBQ that is plumbed directly to the house for all of your grilling needs.
- Two bedrooms are located on the Top level of the home – the Master Suite as well as a Queen bedroom. The Queen bedroom features a new queen bed and stunning views. - We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.
