We're excited to let you know about some improvements coming to the property that will help enhance your experience. Here's what to expect:

• Construction Updates: There's currently work on the common areas, and in individual units. While this work is underway, you will notice noise and temporary conditions that are less than ideal.
• Stucco and Painting: The association will be updating the building's exterior with stucco and paint from November 1st to December 13th. Please note that these dates may change, and we will keep you informed of any adjustments.

50 Shades of White is a privately owned unit within the Gullwing resort and has undergone renovations in 2023 to modernize and differentiate it from other units at the resort. Renovations include:

• All new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and sinks
• New vinyl flooring and modern light fixtures throughout the unit

Owners have taken extra steps to try to ensure that you have the best experience possible! This condo has:

• Well-stocked cabinets if you intend to cook, with plenty of cooking tools as well as a Keurig
• Spacious master suite on the beach side
• Spacious and open concept kitchen and living area with granite counters, dining table for 6, separate wet bar, and open beachfront living room with large flat screen streaming television
• Lanai overlooking the pool and beach, with table and chairs for six
• Luxurious master bedroom with king-size bed, ocean view, and spacious beachfront lanai
• Large master closet and master bath with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and separate toilet room
• Two additional bedrooms and shared bathroom set aside from main living area, perfect for families or groups
• Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, all linens and towels, and a full-size washer/dryer in the unit

50 Shades of White at Gullwing is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within walking distance of a public marina, movie theatre, and restaurants. Amenities include:

• Quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and SWFL International Airport
• Seven miles of white sugar sand beach
• Trolley service to Times Square area, Lover's Key Park, and more
