Located minutes away from the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and less than five miles from downtown Estes Park, this home is the perfect mix of town and tranquility. The oversized dining table comfortably seats six, while the picture windows in the living area provide both natural light and stunning views. Off of the living room is the main floor master bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Past the kitchen are the half bath and laundry area. The staircase leads to the loft that provides an additional fully furnished seating area on the second floor. The loft is flanked by the two guest bedrooms, one facing the river, and each with a queen bed. A full guest bath with a tub/shower combo is located upstairs. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

• Quiet Time 9p.m.
• Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
• Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.
• BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
• This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
• We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
• Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
• Snow removal by HOA or SkyRun depending on property, at 4 inches of new snow.
• Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
