Location/ Roads / Parking:

• This cabin is conveniently accessible by vehicle, featuring a slightly steep road leading to a gravel driveway with level parking available for two cars.
• Dollar General and Kroger are conveniently located nearby.
• It's just 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 40 minutes to Gatlinburg.

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2-dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• You will need to bring a crate
• Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
• The pet fee is non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s)
• Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Special Dates:

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:

• 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin.
• Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Check-Out:

• 10am

Fireplaces:

• This property has an electric fireplace, which is available year-round.

Vacay Protection:

• Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
• Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
• Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
