• The kitchen and dining area at Pop's Perch cabin is a warm and welcoming space, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances and utensils, including a coffee maker to start your day off right. The adjacent dining room features a spacious 6-person table, perfect for gathering around to enjoy meals together or work on puzzles and games. With plenty of natural light pouring in through the windows, this cozy space is the perfect place to spend quality time with friends and family. Dish towels, dish starter soap, and dishwasher starter pods are provided.

A charcoal grill is available for cooking up a storm, and a covered deck provides a comfortable spot to enjoy your meals while taking in the stunning vistas. With parking for two vehicles, you can easily arrive and depart with ease. And with the majestic mountains serving as your backdrop, you'll feel like you're a million miles away from it all.

Location/ Roads / Parking:

• This cabin is easy to access by motorcycle or vehicle. Level parking for 2. You will find a Dollar General, Kroger, Food City, or IGA nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2 dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• You will need to bring a crate
• Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
• The pet fee is non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s).
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
• Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s) to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair odor left behind.

For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

Check-In:

• 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
