With multiple bedrooms, this house offers ample space for rest and rejuvenation. The Master bedroom is located in the back right of the house and overlooks the canal. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom! The other 3 bedrooms are located on the left side of the house. Bedroom 2 overlooks the pool deck and offers a king bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bunk bed & bedroom 4 offers two twin beds. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, boasting luxurious linens, cozy furnishings, and a serene ambiance.

Additional Information:

• Boat lift not available for renter use.
• Mango Tree on-premises and does drop fruit during some parts of the year.
• Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
• Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
• Washer and Dryer Available.
• The house is equipped with 500 MB of high-speed wireless internet. High-quality towels and linens are provided for your use.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
