IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:

• Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

• Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

A Great and Rustic Mt. Baker Experience! This well-maintained but rustic, 2-story, 2-bedroom, ¾-bath family cabin will bring back pleasant memories of yesteryear.

The first floor features:

• Open floorplan concept
• Full kitchen and living area
• Vaulted ceilings
• Freestanding wood fireplace (firewood not provided)
• Full-size appliances, including a dishwasher in the kitchen
• One bedroom with a queen-sized bed
• One bedroom with a full-sized bed
• ¾-bath (shower but no bathtub)
• Laundry/gear storage room with a new stack washer/dryer

Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals:

• Large loft bonus room with a flat-screen monitor, perfect for a bit of separation from the kiddos or a quiet place to chill!

Just outside the front door is a deck with a gas grill. This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Wi-Fi / Pets Ok / BBQ / NO Smoking

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

• This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!
