Additional Notes for the Property:

• BEDROOM
  The bedroom does NOT have a door from the main living area to the bedroom.

• A/C
  The property is cooled by mini splits for heat and cooling. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights.

• ROAD TO THE HOUSE
  The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV won't be needed as they are maintained dirt roads, but they can be a little bumpy.

• WASHER/DRYER
  There is a washer and dryer available to guests.

• FIRE
  Due to the location and a current open fire ban, there is a strict no outside wood-burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks, or other open fire means, your rental agreement will be terminated, and you will be asked to leave.
