PET FEE: $150 per reservation
With prior approval, guests are allowed a maximum of 2 pets at the property during the reservation. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to the reservation. This fee is used to cover additional cleaning, fur removal, and deodorization in the home. This fee does not cover damages caused by any pet(s) that fall outside of normal wear and tear such as damaged furniture, doors, walls, or flooring and does not cover removal of pet waste. Guests are responsible for any and all pet waste cleanup on the property. Any pet waste left behind will result in a $100 fine.

Guests will be responsible for additional needs.

This property contains a removable pool safety fence situated around the pool area. If this fence is removed during the guest's stay, then the guest will be held entirely responsible for any and all use of the pool and spa. It should also be noted that there is no lifeguard on duty, and so any use of the pool, whether by children or adults, should be under the supervision of a strong swimmer. Furthermore, diving, horseplay, or running around the pool area is strictly prohibited.
