**Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly.

**Pool Policy: The pool heater can be turned on for an additional fee. For best results, it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival. There is a 4-day minimum for pool/spa heat. Please note that once the heater is turned on, it does take a minimum of 24-48 hours for the water to begin feeling warm. There are no refunds for pool heat unless it is confirmed by staff or a licensed pool technician that it is indeed not working.
