Located in the highly acclaimed championship Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club community, this rental property in the greater Orlando area offers a luxurious and convenient stay. The community is gated with 24-hour security and provides access to various amenities such as the Club House Restaurant and Bar, community swimming pools, tennis courts, and children's play areas. Additionally, guests can enjoy a short walk to a Wal-Mart Supercenter or local shops and restaurants. The location is also ideal for exploring Central Florida, with Legoland just 15 minutes away, all Walt Disney World Resorts and Theme Parks within a 20-minute drive, and SeaWorld within the same distance. Universal Theme Parks can be reached in less than 30 minutes, while Cocoa Beach, Busch Gardens, and Clearwater are only an hour away.

The home itself is a single-story layout that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a kitchen, dining room, living room, indoor laundry with a full-size washer and dryer, and a slider to the pool lanai. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and two additional bedrooms each with two twin-size beds. There are also two full-size guest bathrooms.

The villa offers amenities such as High-Definition TV and complimentary high-speed broadband WiFi internet with downloading speeds of 200 Mbps. It is fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, flatware, cooking essentials, a washer machine, and dryer for guests' convenience.

Additional services are available for an additional fee, including mid-stay cleaning, BBQ grill rental, and pool heat.

Before booking this property, guests should note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced, and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement will result in eviction without a refund.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. 24-hour check-in is available, and contactless check-in and departure options are provided.

A starter kit is provided for the home, including dish soap, 2 trash bags, a dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, guests should be prepared to bring any additional supplies they may need.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the property, and a penalty fee of $250.00 will be charged if any signs of smoking are documented.

Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found in the home, it will need to be removed immediately, and an additional non-refundable fee of $600 will be charged.

Guests can request the pool heater to be turned on for an additional fee. It is recommended to preorder and set up the pool heater prior to arrival for the best results.
