Not to worry, arrival is super easy! No waiting lines to check-in. Drive up to the 3rd floor of the parking garage to find your RESERVED parking spot. Walk directly to your room and enter your door code to check in!

• You will find gorgeous gulf and pool views which you can see from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen through the extra-large windows/patio doors.

• You may also enjoy these gulf views from the extra-large balcony right off the living room. It's the perfect place for your morning coffee or to simply relax and read while you listen to the waves below.

• Next is the fully stocked kitchen that adjoins the dining area and living room to converse with family while preparing a meal. The bar has seating for four guests, and the dining table seats 4. This kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a pantry.

• This unit also comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the unit located in the hallway.

• Down the hallway is a set of twin/full bunk beds. Perfect for the little ones to enjoy. Attached is another full bathroom with a walk-in stand-up shower.

• The master bedroom features a King size bed with its very own private bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

• The Shores of Panama Resort is the best on the beach and is perfectly located right on the Beach. Enjoy the 14,000 square foot lagoon-style pool, large hot tub, fountains, lounge chairs, a tiki bar, and snack bar! There are beachside activities and watersports as well and chair/umbrella rentals on site. For those cooler days, you may enjoy the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Enjoy the sunset each evening on the balcony, which has its own seating. You will never want to leave this amazing property.

• Guests that book directly with Property Manager receive the best rate versus 3rd party booking platforms by avoiding service fees.

• This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
