Transformable all-in-one pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard. Wall-mounted heating and evaporative a/c (not central H/A). Please do not try to use the propane fireplace--it is not hooked up. Refrigerator, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair blow dryer, iron & ironing board. Propane BBQ. Garage not available for guest-use. Parking for up to 6 cars. Tesla Charger and adapter. No pets allowed, please. Dining table seats 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably in beds. Maximum occupancy is 7, which includes children & infants of any age.

The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: expansive sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack shack, sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. • GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

  • Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price subject to change without notice. Access permits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
