With 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 queen, 2 twin XLs), 3.5 bathrooms and a big, open chef's kitchen/living room space with a gas fireplace, huge windows and tons of sun & natural light, there's plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out in over 1,900 sq. ft.

The home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need for cooking, oils & spices, brand new stainless steel appliances and cookware, Pyrex dishes, Airfryer, Keurig, French press & drip coffee machine, 4 Smart Roku TVs, super comfy new WinkBeds, fast & reliable wifi and desk space.

On the back patio there's a natural gas grill and outdoor dining with seating for 8. Enjoy Central Oregon's clear, starry nights around Adirondack chairs.

Under the ADU (also rentable) off the back patio, there's a small but mighty shared gym/weight room with everything you need for a full workout, including a squat rack and bench, Olympic bar, bumper weight plates, medicine ball, pull-up bar, lat pulldown/row cable and a pair of SMRTFT adjustable dumbbells that can range from 5-80 lbs.

You'll have access to the entire main house and garage, as well as access to a shared gym/weight room under the ADU and back patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. As guests staying in the main house (Big Marshmallow), you will have the fire pit and back table seating.

For access to the gym, please contact us for the code. For liability purposes, we will ask anyone who enters to fill out a simple waiver.

• Other things to note

Big Marshmallow is the main home on the "Marshmallow Compound". Across a patio and over the back garage is Little Marshmallow, a detached 800-sq ft. ADU (accessory dwelling unit) home with 2 bedrooms that sleeps 4.
